Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project transfers to the client unless otherwise specified.

Third-party software remains under their respective licenses.

Warranty

Feature requests outside the agreed scope are treated as new work.
