1. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project before development begins. If work has not started, any eligible payment will be refunded after applicable payment gateway charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental payment.
- The project has not yet started.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
- A refund is approved through mutual agreement.

4. Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled after development has started, payment will be calculated based on the completed work, and any remaining eligible balance may be refunded.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.
